Soul Body Love Retreat: 9-11 September (Full Moon)

Soul Body Love focuses on the intimate relationship with your body from a deeper soul level. Deepening this connection to your body allows access to ancient wisdom, experienced as energy flowing in your physical form.

We’ve been conditioned to see our bodies as simply a vehicle we borrow for a short time - but the body holds so much divine energetic wisdom that we are not fully aware of. 

Our subtle energy body is directly aligned with our soul, not the earthly mind. We cannot truly see our bodies through the mind alone. During the retreat we focus on loving the body unconditionally as a sacred expression of our unique soul energy.

The outcome is a deeper love for our bodies and access to the great wisdom our bodies hold. 

The retreat offers:

  1. A sacred space to invite in a more loving, soul-centred connection with self, others and nature.
  2. A healing container for the release of limiting beliefs around the relationship with our bodies.

The retreat is facilitated by Allison Dahl from Midnight Garden Temple and Louise Charman-James from Soul Signature.

FRIDAY 9 SEPTEMBER


Arrive at Coolendel between 2pm - 6.30pm. Set up tents, swim in the river, float down the rapids or hire a kayak.

7pm: Enjoy a healthy vegetarian dinner and the tranquil surroundings at dusk, as the sun sets and the full moon rises.

7.30pm: Enter the Midnight Garden Temple for our Opening Ceremony and Emerald Serpent sensory activation journey. Dance with body and soul beneath the full moon and starry skies. 

SATURDAY 10 SEPTEMBER 

6.30am - 7am: Pre-dawn river swim at Sandy Beach (clothing optional... let the element of water embrace your body).

7.30am: Yoga/ Qi Gong / Morning Meditation and Mantra to bring spaciousness and flow to body, heart and mind.

8.30am: Breakfast.

9.30am: Body Relationship clearing session (self-compassion process to heal judgment/rejection of our bodies)

10.30am: Free time for bushwalks, kayaking, swimming, journaling, etc. 

12.30pm: Delicious vegetarian lunch.

3pm: Blue Lotus sensory activation journey and nature communion walk.

6.30pm: Delicious vegetarian dinner. 

7.30pm: Soul Body guided meditation journey, drumming and singing, sound healing with channelled light language and instruments, ecstatic dance. 

SUNDAY 11 SEPTEMBER

6.30am - 7am: Pre-dawn river swim at Sandy Beach.

7.30am: Yoga/ Qi Gong / Morning Meditation and Mantra.

8.30am: Breakfast.

9.30am: Body Voice workshop - play with sound, voice and movement for greater joy, freedom and self-expression.

10.30am: Free time for bushwalks, kayaking, swimming, journaling, packing up etc. 

12.00pm: Closing ceremony

12.30pm: Lunch and complete packing up. 

What to bring:


- Your own sleeping setup (tent/campervan/caravan etc) plus bedding. We can assist with setting up tents.

- Plate, cup, bowl and cutlery plus water bottle.

- Yoga mat, cushion and light blanket/shawl.

- Comfortable, layered clothing, towel and swimming gear inc. water shoes (optional but great for walking across pebbles to the rapids), inflatable if you want to ride the rapids, torch, sunscreen, hat, rain jacket. 

- Vegetarian meals and coffee/teas are provided. Bring any extra snacks/treats you enjoy. Alcohol is not encouraged as we want you to be very present in your body awareness over the weekend.

    NB. If you book and then cannot attend, you can receive a refund up to 14 days prior to the retreat. After that, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please don't attend if you are unwell. We want this to be a joyful experience in body and soul. In the event of bad weather, the retreat may be postponed.
