Disclaimer

I acknowledge that Louise Charman-James of Soul Signature is an intuitive holistic practitioner and mentor and not a medical doctor or psychology professional, nor a licensed financial advisor, marriage counsellor or lawyer. Accordingly, any information or ideas she shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as medical or psychological advice, professional financial advisory services, legal advice or anything else other than their personal opinion and intuitive guidance. I further understand that if I have a medical or psychological condition, it is advisable to seek medical or psychological advice from a licensed professional in those fields.

In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Louise Charman-James, I hereby hold harmless Ms Charman-James, Soul Signature and any related entities from any and all liability in consequence of such services, information and support given, and I release and waive all claim for damage, as a result of such services, information and support. This release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors or administrators otherwise may have had.

I understand that the classes, training, facilitations, question and answer sessions, information, materials, methods, techniques, frameworks, worksheets, attachments, recordings and all related content taught and shared by Louise Charman-James (hereafter referred to as “the information”) are designed for my own educational purposes only. I understand that “the information” is copyrighted material and may include trade secrets and other intellectual property that is the sole property of Louise Charman-James and Soul Signature, and that without specific written permission from Louise Charman-James, “the information” may not be reproduced in any manner in whole or in part and may not be shared in whole or in part in digital or non-digital format, in person or over the phone or in any other way with anyone else or in any public or private forums or groups now or in the future. I further agree not to use any of “the information”, with other people or private clients or to write about “the information” or teach any part of it to others in a group program or privately one on one or in any other setting or via any other means without written permission.

I hereby grant Louise Charman-James, Soul Signature and any and all associates or assignees the right to 1) record my voice and image at any time during any group calls or programs I am enrolled in (other than during any private 1-to-1 sessions scheduled outside of group calls, ) 2) use my first name, voice and video recordings, and written, voice and/or video testimonials in Soul Signature products (including but not limited to audio, digital, and/or physical products), as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline, and 3) publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials. I understand that these products and materials belong to Soul Signature.

Program Registration Policy

Selection of a payment plan and the first payment ‘aka Deposit' is required to secure your spot, price and bonuses for the selected program. This payment is not refundable once access to the program and bonuses has been granted.
Once your first payment is made, you will be given access to the program hub and any bonuses.
The first payment is due upfront to secure your spot.
All payment plans are set-up as auto-pay.

Program Refunds and Cancellations

Program tuition is not refundable once the member is given access to a program. The exception is where a program is offered via a summit or affiliate promotion which has a 30 day refund policy or similar. In these instances Soul Signature will honour their refund policy.
Refund for fees paid on a course will be given if cancellation is requested up to two weeks BEFORE program access is given.
Deposits are NOT refundable.

Program Deferral

In rare situations, such as job loss, or change in family status, a deferral may be granted to delay your course start date and pause your payment plan.
Deferring your program start date is allowed only once.
To request a deferral, please email [email protected] stating when you enrolled and the reason for your deferral request.
Upon acceptance of your deferral request a $50 USD administrative fee will be charged to your on file credit card.
Once you’ve requested a deferral, you’re considered a member of the next program start date.
No further deferrals will be granted.

Our policy on cancellations and returns is strict because you are given access to valuable content as soon as you are entered into our program hub. Program content is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If members break this policy, it is grounds for expulsion.

Events Policy (Retreats, Workshops + Circles)

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your place to someone else (provided you let us know their details before the event commences) or receive a refund/credit as follows:
A full refund (or credit for other Soul Signature services) will be granted for cancellations up to 30 days before the event start date, minus a 10% admin fee;
For cancellations up to 7 days before the event start date (14 days for retreats), a 50% refund (or 100% credit to be used within one year) will be given, less a 10% admin fee
If a retreat is cancelled by Soul Signature, all payments received from the participant towards the retreat will be refunded in full.  In this instance, Soul Signature will not be held responsible for any travel expenses which may be incurred in preparation for the retreat, including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or costs incurred due to illness.
Prices for our retreats and events are subject to change without notice.

Digital products in the store are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Testimonials, Stories and Social Media Live Sessions

Live Sessions with Louise Charman-James and guest coaches, mentors, assistants and team members take place on Zoom. While using the platform the user must comply with Zoom policies. Soul Signature records and stores all live sessions. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and video to be recorded and stored by Soul Signature. You also agree to have the recording published in the Soul Signature program hub and promoted in our private online groups to program members. Soul Signature will ask for your consent before sharing recordings outside of the program hub or program online groups. Providing a video testimonial implies consent to share the video as part of Soul Signature promotions on the website or through social media channels.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of such change. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.

Terms of Use

You agree you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Keep in mind that your use of products, software, and services of Soul Signature including this website (referred to collectively as the “Services”), will be deemed acceptance of this agreement, including any updates to these terms.
Your use of the Services is subject to this legal agreement between you and Soul Signature (Louise Charman-James). Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are not subject to this agreement.

Subscribing via Soul Signature Forms/Purchasing Access to Soul Signature Services

By subscribing to any of the Soul Signature Services, or filling out any Soul Signature download forms, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about the new products, services, and features offered by Soul Signature. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Access to the Services is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.

Copyright Information

The display of third-party trademarks should not be taken to imply any relationship or license between Soul Signature and the owner of the trademark(s), or to imply that Soul Signature endorses the goods, services, or business of the owner of the trademark(s).
The entire content of the website is copyrighted by Soul Signature and Louise Charman-James. Use of these trademarks and of the images and content on this website or prohibited unless otherwise authorised in writing by Soul Signature (Louise Charman-James).
