- It is a spiritual journey on sacred land, joining with sisters in song, sound, rhythm, dance, breath, meditation and sacred practices of self-healing and activation.
It is a life-changing rite of passage nurtured by the potent energy of heart-centered sisterhood and the Goddess within the earth, the moon, the water and your own sacred heart.
Journey through the sacred cycles of Life, Death and Rebirth
The essential mystery teachings of the Goddess follow the natural cycles of birth, life, death and rebirth.
The sacred land on which we meet at Goddess Reborn holds the presence and energetic signature of the Sacred Feminine. It is here where we initiate sacred ceremony to honour the Divine Feminine within each of us. Ceremony which flows within Her cycle of life, death, transformation and rebirth.
Together, we embark on an inner journey to discover ourselves. Here we feel into what our heart truly desires, then we explore what we need to let go of in order to meet our heart’s desires, to be our most authentic expression.
The retreat journey follows the cyclical sequence of Death, Transformation, Rebirth and Life with practices and experiences to support the rebirth of your own inner goddess:
FULL WEEKEND IMMERSION (Fri - Sun):
FRIDAY
- Arrive in the afternoon and settle into your divinely nurturing, ecoluxe accommodation. Explore the energies of the land and the river, connect to heart sisters old and new, savour a delicious dinner and connect through song and sound.
SATURDAY
- Enjoy a sleep-in or early morning walk plus a nourishing breakfast before gathering in circle for our ritual journey.
- RITUAL SESSION 1: OPENING We gather by the river to connect with our hearts and with the elements of nature. Leave your daily life behind and feel into who you are ready to become. Tune into your vision for your Goddess Self and what is ready to be left behind. As we move from mind consciousness to heart consciousness, we utilise deep visioning and crafting practices to spark our imagination and creative fire and hear the soulvoice within.
- RITUAL SESSION 2: DEATH & TRANSFORMATION (Dark Moon) This phase of the cycle calls for deep introspection and letting go. We enter the dark womb of the Goddess to release our shadow self and be reborn in our light. What do you need to release in order to transform and be reborn anew? Using the power of movement, voice and the healing energy of our own self-compassion we clear away the karmic imprints and energetic debris of the past, so that our light can shine unencumbered.
- RITUAL SESSION 3: REBIRTH (New Moon) We hold each other in sisterhood as we enter the waters in a profound ceremony of self-initiation. You emerge crowned as the Goddess, leaving behind all that is no longer you. Feel the deep feminine power that is now awakened and embodied within you, at every level of your. being. A potent sound healing journey integrates and harmonises the shifts within you.
- RITUAL SESSION 4: LIFE (Full Moon) This is a celebration of you and your journey. With our pure life-force fully illuminated at this time, we indulge in practices to honour Shakti, our inner Goddess who represents our joy, bliss, ecstasy and Divine Feminine energy. In sacred ceremony, we embody Her through ancient tantric practices, breathwork, ecstatic dance, song and drumming. We express and honour our true selves, opening body, mind and heart as one.
- RITUAL SESSION 5: CLOSING We conclude this powerful journey with a sharing circle and guided meditation to anchor and integrate all we have experienced.
- The day includes a delicious picnic lunch and treats. The evening completes with dinner and ecstatic dance on the sacred land, under the full moon and starlit night sky.
SUNDAY
- Greet the new day and your new self with breathwork, mantra, meditation and Goddess Yoga
- Enjoy time to yourself to reflect, journal, explore the land and river or connect with your heart sisters
- Enjoy a final delicious lunch before heading home

Louise will help you clear resistance to your own power and unleash the powerful voice of your inner Goddess.
