A simple practice that can be done every day or whenever you need to get out of your busy mind, calm your nervous system and reconnect to your heart.

This is also a good foundation practice to prepare you to open your voice to allow healing sound to flow through you. Simply hold the intention that the vibrations of your voice are bringing healing and balance to your entire being.
