Loving-Kindness is a gentle Buddhist practice where you send compassion and kindness to yourself and to others. This half hour practice will open your heart, build self-esteem and support you to experience greater generosity and friendliness towards all beings. While this is a formal meditation practice, you are also encouraged to take the sense of loving-kindness into every moment of your life, to build harmonium relationships with all. (26:48)
